Whilst some police forces have access to police helicopters, the availability and cost of deploying this resource can sometimes be prohibitive. Accordingly, more and more police forces are keen to exploit the versatility and cost savings offered by the 'Shadow' UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle).

Capable of being flown night or day and being equipped with a variety of surveillance cameras, the Shadow uses C4i Global software to provide live video feeds as well as high quality video recordings and still images to operators in the field.
